Each flavor variety is a distinct blend of coffees that has been extensively researched to enhance the taste and bouquet of the flavors.
Our exacting standards require that all ingredients be the choicest available – the finest F.D.A. approved essences, premium California almonds, walnuts, and pecans, European processed cocoa, and Batavia ground and stick cinnamon.
While the appropriate roast is warm and the volatile oils are still on the surface, the extracts are added and marinated in small batches for 48 hours. As the coffee cools the flavors and oils naturally blend together and are then absorbed into the bean.
