Made with coffee from two regions in Colombia, this is a blend of Supremo and Excelso beans. It has superlative flavor and aroma, mild sweet tones, medium acidity and balance.

Not sure which grind option to choose?

  • Drip - a regular grind for everyday coffee brewers. This option will work great for most methods of brewing.
  • Fine - best used for Melitta pour or espresso machines.
  • Coarse - best used for cold brew or French press coffee makers.
  • Whole Bean - keeps your coffee fresh for the longest amount of time. Only choose this option if you have access to a coffee grinder.

How long should this coffee last you? You may be tempted to order more immediately because it tastes so good, but 2 lbs. of coffee can make up to 80 8 oz. cups. Even if you are a regular coffee drinker, a 2 lb. bag can last you weeks! Buying a cup of coffee at your local chain or café can cost you $100 or more per month. There's no need to spend that much. Save money and enjoy a fresher, better cup with Richard Alan.

    Columbian Course Ground

Posted by Ray Medeiros on Jul 31st 2021

I have been making my own cold brew for about 6 years. I use my own bowls and carafe, and have an easily repeatable formula of coffee to water. Richard Allen Colombian course ground is at least half a star better than the rather expensive ground coffee that I have been using, It took a few cups to figure out the proper proportion of concentrated cold brewed coffee to water for each cup, but since then it has been fantastic. From some call s a "coffee snob", I highly recommend the Richard Allen 100% Colombian course ground for cold brew!

    Great Coffee

Posted by JB on Jun 25th 2020

I love the 100% Colombia. I use the coarse grind and make cold brew with it everyday, it’s one of my favorite coffees ever. I bought it to get Roast Master Rick on the BP podcast, but i will be a repeat customer for a long time.

This colombian roast is everything you want in a nice, smooth, and well bodied coffee. The BP Show turned me on to this coffee and the coffee is what will keep me coming back as a regular.

Love this for morning coffee. Flavor is smooth, sweet and not acidic. We live in Pacific Northwest, which is coffee rich, but we order from Rhode Island!!!! Because this is sooooo good.
