Made with coffee from two regions in Colombia, this is a blend of Supremo and Excelso beans. It has superlative flavor and aroma, mild sweet tones, medium acidity and balance.
All of our decaf coffees are water processed, which means the caffeine is extracted from the beans with no chemicals used. This is by far the best method for making decaf coffee.
Not sure which grind option to choose?
- Drip - a regular grind for everyday coffee brewers. This option will work great for most methods of brewing.
- Fine - best used for Melitta pour or espresso machines.
- Coarse - best used for cold brew or French press coffee makers.
- Whole Bean - keeps your coffee fresh for the longest amount of time. Only choose this option if you have access to a coffee grinder.
How long should this coffee last you? You may be tempted to order more immediately because it tastes so good, but 2 lbs. of coffee can make up to 80 8 oz. cups. Generally decaf coffee seems better for me than regular (my exception id Richard Alan's American Diner which I have once or twice a week). This decaf blend tastes great and highly recommend it.
I bought this for my boyfriend and he says it is the best tasting decaf.
This is by far the best decaf coffee. Most decaf is very week. This has a great strong tast.
Been using it for years and think it is the best!
This coffee has just the right balance. Not bitter. Richard Alan Coffee seems to have the expertise to blend their coffees to perfection.
