Not sure which grind option to choose?
- Drip - a regular grind for everyday coffee brewers. This option will work great for most methods of brewing.
- Fine - best used for Melitta pour or espresso machines.
- Coarse - best used for cold brew or French press coffee makers.
- Whole Bean - keeps your coffee fresh for the longest amount of time. Only choose this option if you have access to a coffee grinder.
How long should this coffee last you? You may be tempted to order more immediately because it tastes so good, but 2 lbs. of coffee can make up to 80 8 oz. cups. I just got another five pound bag of coffee and made the mistake of not changing the auto populated field from ground coffee to whole bean coffee. To prevent people from making this mistake, you should have to make a positive entry on that field instead of having it auto populated as ground coffee. I have also come close to making this mistake several other times and had caught my error, but this time i wasn't so lucky.

French Roast
This particular coffee, the French Roast , is by far the best out there. I really want I try other flavors. Quality coffee for sure. I wish they would sell sample sizes of of other choices in whole beans enough to make a couple cups so we can taste test before buying a whole pound. Hopefully in the future.

Dark French roast
I buy this coffee for my husband and son because they both love it. I usually buy the whole bean so that they can grind it themselves. The aroma of the grinding and brewing are heavenly, as is the taste! We love Richard Allen coffee!!
